GAEO service

Website development for SEO, GEO and AI search

I design and improve websites that help customers make decisions while making reliable business information accessible to search engines and AI services. I lead the architecture, content requirements and quality assurance, involving specialist developers and automation when needed.

Get a mini-audit

The first step is deciding what to keep and what to rebuild. That determines URLs, catalog design, language versions, content requirements and the actual development scope.

When should you rebuild a website?

Build a new website

For a business that needs a different product structure, multilingual content or a catalog with many connected pages.

Improve an existing website

For websites that already attract customers but are difficult to scale, contain inconsistent data or make technical SEO changes unnecessarily costly.

Migrate without losing valuable pages

Before changing platforms, I map old and new URLs, content, redirects, analytics and metadata, then verify the release.

What the project can include

The scope depends on the business. I plan page structures, source data and publishing rules before implementation.

  • Search-informed architecture: products, services, industries, common buyer questions, comparisons, cases and links between them.
  • Content models: reusable fields and templates for products, tours, services, people, prices and other business entities.
  • SEO and GEO: crawlable HTML, titles, descriptions, canonical tags, hreflang, sitemaps, Schema.org and verifiable source references.
  • Usability: responsive layouts, navigation, catalog search, enquiry forms and clear commercial information.
  • Quality checks: links, data integrity, forms, images, mobile layouts, performance and deployment procedures.
  • Handover: source files, documentation, publishing instructions and a plan for future improvement.

How I run a website project

Review the business and demand

I discuss the offer, audience, lead sources, current search performance, AI recommendations and development resources.

Design pages and data

I define URL structures, page types, source information, content requirements and SEO/GEO acceptance criteria.

Coordinate implementation

I write specifications and work with developers and AI coding tools, checking shared components and intermediate builds.

Test and publish

I check browser rendering, forms, metadata, links and analytics. For migrations, I separately verify redirects and indexability.

Three website development cases

The published cases describe architecture and implementation; they are separate from measurements of AI visibility.

GAEO.ru

Migrated from Tilda to Astro and GitHub Pages, with industry content, linked Russian/English pages and repeatable release checks.

IndexResearch.ru

A research publishing website with independent studies, methodological references and Russian, English and Chinese sections.

AdaTours.ru

An extensive travel catalog connecting tours, countries, places, excursions, multi-country itineraries and search.

How site architecture supports GEO

AI services need accessible, consistent facts about what a business sells, who a product serves, how it is priced and what evidence supports its claims. I therefore focus on data structure, usable content and links between relevant pages.

Moving platforms or adding Schema.org cannot guarantee a recommendation from ChatGPT or any other AI service. GEO outcomes must be measured separately. Related work includes our e-commerce catalog methodology and GEO for online retailers.

Timeline and quotation

I review the existing platform, types and number of pages, data quality, languages and integrations before defining scope and a quotation. A fixed project price or completion date would be misleading without those details.

If the immediate need is to measure AI recommendations rather than rebuild the website, see my existing GEO audit and consulting options. You can also send an outline of the website project.

FAQ

Website development questions

Do I need a new website for GEO?
Not necessarily. If your current platform supports useful pages, editable metadata and reliable data, targeted improvements may be enough. I first review the architecture.
Can existing URLs survive a platform migration?
Often, yes. I map existing addresses before launch, preserve important URLs where practical and set up redirects when paths need to change. Canonical tags and sitemaps are checked too.
Will AI services recommend my business once the site is built?
There is no such guarantee. A well-structured website makes business facts easier to discover, but recommendations also depend on external sources, competitors and the user's questions.
Can you work on an online store or travel website?
Yes. Online retailers need useful product and comparison data; travel sites need linked tours, destinations and excursions. The data model is specific to the project.
How can I get a quote?
A quotation is based on the current website, project objectives, planned sections and required integrations. I review these before proposing a scope of work.

Check your business visibility in AI answers

I will review commercial prompts, competitors and the sources used by ChatGPT, Alice, Google and other AI services.
