Consent to Personal Data Processing

By this document, a GAEO.ru user, acting freely, voluntarily and in their own interest, gives Individual Entrepreneur Alexey Leonidovich Yakovlev consent to process personal data on the terms set out below.

This Consent applies to data that the user independently provides through website forms, email, messengers or other communication channels specified on GAEO.ru. Detailed rules for processing and protecting personal data are set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data may be processed for:

  • receiving and reviewing the user’s inquiry;
  • contacting the user in response to the inquiry;
  • preparing a mini-audit, consultation or commercial proposal;
  • conducting negotiations before entering into a contract;
  • entering into and performing a contract if the parties proceed with cooperation;
  • conducting business correspondence related to the inquiry and the provision of services.

4. Actions involving personal data

This Consent covers actions involving personal data that are necessary for the purposes stated above, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, granting access where required for the operation of technical services, blocking, deletion and destruction.

5. Methods of processing

Processing may be carried out using automated means, without automated means, or by a combination of both methods.

6. Transfer and entrusted processing

To operate the website and communicate with users, the Operator may engage providers of hosting, email, communications and other technical infrastructure. Personal data is transferred to them only to the extent required for the relevant task and in compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

Personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for their independent advertising purposes.

7. Term of Consent

This Consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the user, unless the Operator has another lawful basis for continuing the processing. Certain information may be retained for a longer period where required by contractual, accounting, tax or other obligations established by law.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

The user may withdraw this Consent by emailing ya@gaeo.ru. The request should contain information sufficient to identify the data and the interaction to which the withdrawal relates.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal was received. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing the data unless another lawful basis for processing remains.

9. Confirmation of Consent

By submitting personal data through a website form that includes a link to this Consent, the user confirms that they have read its terms and the Personal Data Processing Policy and consents to the processing of the submitted data for the purposes stated above.
