AdaTours.ru: an Astro tour catalog built for SEO and GEO

AdaTours.ru uses Astro with connected tour, country, destination and excursion models, static publishing and technical SEO/GEO checks.

A tour operator website must support inspiration and precise product information: itinerary, places, excursions, daily program and price conditions. Ada Tours uses a connected content model instead of independent copies of overlapping tour pages.

How the travel catalog is organized

Ada Tours works with travel in Brazil and Latin America, including individual and group tours and DMC/B2B services. The same country, place or excursion can appear across different itineraries, so their information should be linked and checked for consistency.

Additional user journeys include VIP, MICE, business delegations, themes and multi-country routes.

How Astro stores tours and destinations

The site uses Astro static generation and Astro Content Collections. Its source schema defines countries, destinations, tours, excursions, themes, cases, people and articles. Tour records can include countries, places, duration, day-by-day itinerary, inclusions and structured pricing fields.

Separate values for price, currency, pricing basis and explanatory notes help avoid confusing a per-person rate with a total tour price.

How routes and site search work

The source tree contains /country/, /interests/, /multi-country/, /dmc/, /vip/ and other route families. Automated checks validate links between related entities and multi-country navigation.

Pagefind builds a static search index. The public starting point is AdaTours.ru.

What the SEO and GEO checks cover

Astro generates static HTML and a sitemap excluding designated archived or redirected routes. The build scripts contain metadata, Schema.org, site-link, multi-country menu, media and social-preview checks.

The content model supports RU, EN and CN locale values. This is not proof that every itinerary is already public in all three languages. Current tour counts, performance scores and conversions require separate measurements.

My work on the Ada Tours website

I contribute website architecture, the SEO/GEO model, technical requirements, content workflows and acceptance checks. Ada Tours must confirm the actual tour programs, rates and client commitments. Implementation also uses automation, so I do not claim sole manual authorship of the codebase.

This is a website development case. The separate Ada Tours GEO promotion case deals with BMR. The entire AI visibility increase cannot be attributed to the site alone.

FAQ

Questions about the Ada Tours website

Why give destinations and excursions their own pages?
A place or excursion can relate to several itineraries while retaining consistent data and links.
How is SEO checked before release?
The build runs checks for Schema.org, metadata, internal links and site routes.
Did the rebuild lead to more bookings?
No. Business impact needs separate evidence from leads, conversions and attribution.
